elaborate on this line please

i have asked this before but never really got anything back for explanation. this was sent back using d2 debug output 
against my home router config page. why is this line saying "unknown" against common HTTP?


NSE: TCP unknown protocol:0 < unknown protocol:0 | HTTP/1.1 200 OK


this happens with almost every service scan as far as that same ouput. please explain if you could. also, why is it 
saying my home router config page is TCPWRAPPED? it never has been in the past
