Hi,

I have tested this with Npcap 0.05 r5, win10 10586 x64 but didn't find this
issue. Before I find a way to update to 11099, there're additional things I
want to know. Like is that a x86 or x64 system? And have you tried other
capture filters, like ip6. Then try ping 127.0.0.1 and 0::1 to see if the
filter works?
