problems running broadcast discovery scripts

i have now ran at least 4 of these and i can not get ANY of them to work! the EIGRP the DNS discovery, the RIPng. i 
will show you in the packet trace/debug so you can see that not a single packet is being created. what am i doing 
wrong, if anything??????
