Feature Creepers and Bug Wranglers

Hi ,
I was going through the project ideas for GSoC 2016 and Feature Creepers
and Bug Wranglers caught my attention. The project seems interesting to me
and meets my abilities. I have already cloned and compiled the code. What
should be the next step for me? Should I try to patch some bug. If yes, can
you please assign me any easy one to start with.
