Zenmap [Error 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application

BUG REPORT

Hello,

I have installed nmap-6.49BETA4-setup.exe on a fully patched MSFT SBS 2003 server.

When attempting to perform a quickscan in ZENMAP, I receive the error, "[Error 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 
application".

I believe this is the resolution, but I cannot identify the applicable service name:
