Forgot to answer your question. There are other scripts like hostmap-bfk and hostmap-robtex that you should try. They 
are also online databases so query an external service as well.

any ideas on how to fix? or is there any other script that can somehow fetch the domains binded to every ip? not just 
by reverse nslookup
