Andrew's Status Report - #16 of 17

Accomplishments:
 * Was able to get a Makefile working to compile a new http library
from ncat/http.h, ncat/http.c, and ncat/http_digest.c. There are a lot
of circular dependencies that I'll hopefully be able to remove today.
 * Finished a draft of
nsock/src/proxy_http.c:handle_state_unauthenticated_digest() that uses
the libhttp functions taken from ncat.

Priorities:
 * Finish removing dependency issues in libhttp.
 * Test and document http proxy digest authentication in nsock.
 * Recommit and clean up socks5 support in nsock. Test and document branch.
 * Write an end of gsoc summary.
 * Clean and test nmap-ncat-proxychains, nmap-nsock-proxyauth,
nmap-nsock-socks4a, nmap-nsock-socks5. Document each branch.
