Accomplishments
 * Bug Fix: Npcap causes SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSoDs.

 * Bug Fix: Fixed the bug that loopback packets sent by Npcap is malformed.

 * New Feature: Integrated WSKTest code into Npcap driver, now Npcap can
send loopback packets using Nmap, but there is a problem: Nmap can't see
the response packets, however those packets can be seen in Wireshark and
WinDump.

 * New Feature: Modified Nmap and Nping code to be able to use Npcap
loopback sending and receiving feature, because of the above mentioned
problem, it is not finished yet.

The latest Npcap installer is:

I have tested this version in Windows 8.1 x64.

Notice:
1) You need to try it under Win7 and later, and no need to change the
installation options, just click the "Next"s. Npcap installed in "WinPcap
Compatible Mode" is exclusive with WinPcap, so you must uninstall WinPcap
first (installer will prompt you this).
2) If you have installed WinPcap, better to reboot the PC after
uninstalling WinPcap and then install Npcap.

Priorities
 * Continue the stability and performance test for Npcap.
 * Solve the "can't see response packets" problem in integration of Nmap
and Npcap..
