nselib/data/http-folders.txt duplicates

When I was working on http-iis-webdav-vuln.nse I noticed that some
folders were being checked and reported as vulnerable twice.  I'm not
sure why these duplicates were there, so if there is a good reason for
them that I'm not aware of let me know.  A diff is attached.
