[NSE] New Script http-awstats-stats

Hi,

Today I found  that many websites keep their awstats data public. The data
looks very interesting and is usually in the root folder. I decided to
write a simple script that fetches a given number of stat files from a
website and optionally saves them in a user defined directory.

I have attached the same.
