This seems to happen once one has opened one of the open/save file dialogs.

The hicolor theme can be obtained from http://sourceforge.net/projects/gtk-mingw/files/hicolor-icon-theme/ (choose 
hicolor-icon-theme-0.12-binwin32.7z).

Copy the decompressed 'icons' folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Nmap\py2exe\share\
