Zenmap builds even without Python GTK module

Hi, I'm working on a Guix package recipe for Nmap.

I noticed that it's enough for the build environment to have Python,
for Zenmap to be built along with the rest of the suite; a GTK module
is not sought for during Nmap's build process, even though it's needed
for Zenmap to run.

Is this a bug?
