We could definitely use one for Windows as well. Polling for commits and running msbuild to try to rebuild Nmap shouldn't be that difficult, I could try setting it up myself if you gave me a Windows VM. MSVC is quite different compared to gcc and Ncat is especially annoying in this sense as it's being built in C++ mode, so this would definitely benefit non-Windows users.
