virtual +  machine or leased server sort of environment so

We could definitely use one for Windows as well. Polling for 
commits and running msbuild to try to rebuild Nmap shouldn't be 
that difficult, I could try setting it up myself if you gave me a 
Windows VM. MSVC is quite different compared to gcc and Ncat is 
especially annoying in this sense as it's being built in C++ 
mode, so this would definitely benefit non-Windows users.
