RE: static linked ncat - can't find openssl

I just read the instructions at https://secwiki.org/w/Nmap/Ncat_Portable and
they do suggest to stick the files where you've put them, but I think those
instructions may predate the creation of the nmap-win32-aux repository. I
suspect you might be able to check out the nmap-win32-aux directory and then
replace the lib and include files in C:\nmap-win32-aux\OpenSSL\" instead of
putting them in "C:\nmap\mswin32\OpenSSL\ ".
