[NSE] Update oracle-sid-brute to use tns library

List,

This is pretty simple, but I need help testing. The old oracle-sid-brute 
script had a lot of code-duplication from before the tns.lua library was 
committed. This update strips most of that out and simplifies the code.

If I can get confirmation that nothing breaks, I'll go ahead and commit it.
