Nsock pcap cleanup

Hello,

the pcap code in nsock wasn't that good regarding nsock coding
standards and the API was inconsistent. I've reworked it (r31598 to
r31600) to improve it.

It's not that intrusive and my tests don't reveal any difference but
let me know if you notice (or even suspect) oddities.
