machines to avoid while scanning

Hi I started a discussion recently on another list asking if anyone knew of any devices that we should pay particular attention to when scanning networks. There was a good discussion and from it we came up with the attached spreadsheet. I figured that seeing as nmap people know more about scanning than probably anyone else I'd share it here and see if anyone could suggest any other devices that should be added. I'm not looking for "I knocked this over on a random scan", more "I know that if you scan X in a certain way then it will lock up". If you have anything to add please let me know. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Agg23JycSkYddDZHRnltVlZUMkVKSnUtN2g0WDl5clE&usp=sharing Robin _______________________________________________ Sent through the dev mailing list http://nmap.org/mailman/listinfo/dev Archived at http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/
