I can't instal Zenmap 6-25

I have downloaded before the first version of Zenmap, but I thought to
upgrade to higher version (6-25), after I convert the file, there is no exe
file to install it.I have a Windows XP, and I have tried everything but I
could not install this version.would you please assist me, how can I
down;load it?
