Hi all,

I'm using nmap tool for host discovery (along with os detection).
When I did nmap scan on wireless network then all hots in that network
become un reachable. Could you please some body help me what went wrong or
Is there any limitation to use nmap tool for wireless hosts discovery.

Below is the command format that used for host discovery.

*nmap.exe -v -O --osscan-guess IP (or range of IPS)*

I've two hots on my wireless network 192.168.43.89 and 192.168.43.243.
I ran nmap scan from 192.168.43.243 to discover 192.168.43.89.

*nmap.exe -v -O --osscan-guess 192.168.43.89*

Before running above command , 192.168.43.89 is reachable. This host
becomes unreachable after nmap scan to this host.
Even nmap is failing to reach the host. See below output
