script-args that are inherited from libraries are just listed with a link to the library documentation page, which does contain longer descriptions of each, in a section titled "Script Arguments.">From my point of view the documentation page of the smbauth library (http://nmap.org/nsedoc/lib/smbauth.html) might be a good place for this kind of information.
