Hi Hani,

Thanks for your recent work on nmap.  I've got a bit of feedback on the
rpc-grind module.  It should honor port exclusions.  See the
skypev2-version script for an example.  This will keep it from
triggering bad behavior on certain targets, for example printers that
spew pages when you send data to port 9100.
