[NSE] ECDSA patch for ssh2.lua and ssh-hostkey.nse

Hi,

as subject says I have added support for ECDSA host keys in attached patch. I modified nselib/ssh2.lua and 
scripts/ssh-hostkey.nse. I hardcoded ECDSA host key bits because ssh-keygen does not support creating ECDSA other than 
256, 384 or 521 (I have looked for this in OpenSSH implementation). Feedback would be appreciated.
