Just the way it was on the nmap documentation.

bzip2 -cd nmap-6.01.tar.bz2 | tar xvf -
cd nmap-6.01
./configure
make
su root
make install

Is the Backtrack installation of Nmap still present? The one that was
installed on the BT5 -r2 I just updated that.
