[NSE] md5-reverse-lookup and ScriptVault

Hi all,

few days ago, I've written this simple script that queries
http://md5.noisette.ch/
for md5 hashes (which in turn queries bunch of other db's).

As this script is not really suitable for inclusion with nmap (it just calls the
external service and is as good as a standalone script) I'm posting it here
so I can link to it from the Scripts Vault page on the sec wiki
(https://secwiki.org/w/Nmap/Script_Vault)
just in case somebody else finds it useful.
