Hi all,

Accomplishments:
* redesigned digest auth support (previously a script made an initial
request for nonce, realm etc., now it's done in http.lua) and
committed it
* made some progress with auto pipelining (with Patrick's help) -
there's a POC ready where script can make a request using worker
threads from http library

Priorities:
* turn auto pipelining POC into a working code and test it
* do some script work if time permits
