Evening list,

Achievements:
Finally got a working PCap of the new scan packets and noticed that there
were several problems.
Met with mentor to discuss what changes needed to be made to fix those
problems
Changed hopopts to something that Wireshark claims is a proper packet.

Priorities:
Get routing, fragment, and destination packets to something that
Wireshark acknowledges as a valid packet.
Fix the compile time warning of addr-util.c:218:4: warning: dereferencing
type-punned pointer will break strict-aliasing rules [-Wstrict-aliasing]
Merge my code back into the main branch
