Hi all,

Accomplishments:
* found bugs in our implementation of http pipeline, fixed them,
optimized the implementation a bit and sent a patch to Patrick
* finishing making improvements to ssh-hostkey, they should be ready tomorrow
* discussed with Patrick how the auto-pipeline feature in http.lua
would work, also did some thinking on this afterwards
* cleaned up the LFS patch, got Patrick's approval, will commit it in
the morning after reviewing the patch once more.

Priorities:
* commit improvements to ssh-hostkey
* design and implement auto pipelining
* maybe work on a new script in the meantime.
