Accomplishments:
* committed change to fix false clang errors in nping
* committed change to remove unused variable from nping function.
* work with Fyodo on submit.cgi script.
* Created test environment for submit.cgi script
* Got permission to commit change to add random sequence number to
ack's so they are no longer 0.

Priorities:
* Get a patch posted to list to fix/document clang variable problems.
* Create windows 7 build environment
* Add define for  FD_SETSIZE to 1024 on windows build.
