The rest of the clang bug analysis.

These are lower priority fixes.  Includes bugs in the libraries we use
and our utilities.  To permanently fix library bugs we would have to
coordinate with the respective maintainers of each library.

I did not see anything too horrible in these libraries, a few
additional checks for NULL is the bug thing and a few lines cleaned up
here and there.
