[nse] dns-blacklist stopped working

For nmap 5.61test4 dns-blacklist was working perfectly.
but not for SVN Revision 28507 (aka nmap 5.61test5)

i confirmed by running 'svn update' && full nmap rebuild then
re-running same command from bash history. got same results (i.e does
not work).
