[NSE] STUN library and scripts

Hi all,

I just committed two new scripts stun-info and stun-version.
stun-info extracts the NAT:ed external address by connecting to an external
STUN server.
stun-version extracts any version information that may be present in the
SERVER or SOFTWARE attributes.
The stun library only supports the initial binding requests but implements
both modern STUN and STUN classic (ie. both RFC5389 and RFC3489).

I've also removed the stun stuff from the Script Ideas wiki.
