[NSE] duplicates script

Hi list,

I've just committed a first version of the duplicates script. It currently
checks MAC addresses, Netbios server names, ssl certificates and ssh-keys
in order to attempt to detect duplicate hosts. The script has dependencies
to the scripts ssl-cert,nbtstat and ssh-hostkey, without them only MAC
address analysis will be performed.
I've added some comments to the script about possible improvements, both in
analysis and also ideas on other scripts to leverage data from.
