[NSE] ms-sql-dump-hashes

Hi list,

I've just committed the ms-sql-dump-hashes I posted to the list in August.

Could someone please take a look at the categories the script is in?
Due to the state the query support is in the Oracle library at the moment (ie. not working across all platforms), I'm 
holding of with that for now.
