[NSE] New scripts broadcast-pc-duo, broadcast-pc-anywhere

Hi all,

I just committed two new scripts that discover hosts running the PC-Duo and
PC-Anywhere remote controlling software on the LAN.
I've also added matching probes to the nmap-service-probes file.
