[NSE] Vuze library and vuze-dht-info

Hi all,

I spoke to David and Fyodor and we decided to commit the Vuze probe,
library and vuze-dht-info script but hold off with the vuze-find-nodes
script.
While the vuze-dht-info script does not provide a lot of version
information it could allow us to discover Vuze as a potentially unwanted
service on a LAN.
In regards to vuze-find-nodes, if enough people think it makes sense to add
it to Nmap we will most likely add it.
As an alternative, we could make vuze-dht-info return the nodes with an
optional argument.

With vuze-dht-info I made my 100th script commit :)
