Slow Scan frontend error

Hello

When running a scan with -T0 or -T2 i keep getting  an
"Nmap frontend and results viewer has stopped working"

however if i do anything above -T2 it works just fine

nmap version is 5.51 (using zenmap)
windows 7 home premium SP1
64bit
8gb ram
2.7ghz
