You can checkout the script from nmap-exp/gorjan, under the name
lltd-discovery.nse.

It runs threads of Discovery functions on each interface so as to
optimize discovery.

The output looks like this:
| lltd-discovery:
|   IP: 192.168.56.101   MAC: 08:00:27:cc:fe:36
|   IP: 192.168.56.102   MAC: 08:00:27:11:04:a9
|_  Use the newtargets script-arg to add the results as targets
