[NSE] Oracle TNS query support

Hi list,

After a lot of detective work and analyzing packet captures I think I've finally added support for queries to the tns 
library.
This essentially means that it's possible to query an Oracle server using SQL and get a processed response back.
I've committed these changes and will be posting the first script that makes us of it to the list shortly.
