Well, this was the change I thought necessary before doing that
conversion. Otherwise we need to do that conversion twice. First for
script-to-script parameters, and then again for commandline-to-script
parameters.

Great points.  Maybe this one (few scripts using credentials yet)
should be addressed before adding more features on to the credentials
library.  It seems like we have a large number of scripts which could
benefit from creds.lua.
