Hello,

Accomplishments:
1) ncat_dual is now merged over into trunk as of r24839. This means that 
ncat
will take IPv4 and IPv6 addresses by default and listen on IPV6 and IPv4 
by default
for all listening modes. (--chat, -u, etc...)
2) Rewrote the updater again per david's suggestions. Waiting on his 
response.

Goals:
1) More updater work.
2) Maybe more bug fixes?
