Thank you all for those clarifications ! The max-parallelism relation
with NSE was not clear for me, now it is.
I've also noticed some other small issues so don't waste your time with
this code from now: I'll come back later with a new one (and, yes, I
will abandon tabs in my indentation ! I was ashamed with wp-plugins,
sorry for that Henri...).
My first tests show that it should be far more efficient, even against a
local webserver, taking it down in a few seconds.
I'm confident again, thank you !
