Nmap hotkeys

Hi,

Are there some keys to use *during* a scan that do the following:

- Pause/resume a scan [I realise there is a --resume option];
- Accelerate a scan [from T3 to T4 for example].

Alot of people just cancel scans and start over again because they want to
add stuff, increase/decrease speed, set timeouts, etc. IMO it would be
worthy to add more interactiveness to Nmap while it is scanning.
