OMG what a mess M$ has made! At least with the latest Visual C++ 2010. I just
installed and ran it. My 1st impression is that it's a terrible piece of bloatware 
(especially the messy SDK that got installed with it). Anyway, I thank the Internet-
gods for MingW. Please don't make it harder than it already is to build for MingW.
