Nmap 5.36TEST1 crashes when scanning subnet

Windows 7 running 5.36TEST 1 crashes if the subnet the host is on is
scanned. It looks like nmap has problems trying to scan localhost.

The IP I'm on is 192.168.0.23 and the nmap command I'm using is
nmap -sT -v --script=safe 192.168.0.0/24 -sV
