Status Report #12 of 16

Accomplishments:

* New rules proposal updated to show implementation details.

* Finished the new NSE rules (prerule and postrule) implementation.
  o Added terminal and xml output.
  o Code cleaned and documented.
  o Ron's http-california-plates script updated to use postrule. This
  script is used as a test case for the implementation, Thx Ron :)

Since the prerule and postrule implementation and output need more
discussion, I'll post all the details later on nmap-dev, thx.


Priorities:

* Post to nmap-dev all the new rules details to get feedbacks.

* Start editing scripting.xml to document new changes.

* Start thinking about adding new targets to Nmap.
