Nmap Payloads from a File Patch

All,

Attached is a patch that migrates the payloads found in payload.cc to
a file. Many thanks to David who had to rewrite the parsing engine and
in general kicked my rudder in the right direction throughout. David
also came up with the search function and helped with debugging.
