SVN checkout dir (http://nmap.org/svn/) now more up-to-date

Hi folks.  Just a minor note that our SVN web checkout dir
(http://nmap.org/svn/) is now automatically updated by cron every 15
minutes rather than "every day or two when I get around to it".

So it should be more up-to-date, but of course isn't live data like
you get using the svn utility yourself.  When we move to the new SVN
server, we'll probably have live data available via http/https.
