Nmap script to find California vanity plates

In honour of April 1, I'm releasing a script that helps you check the availability of a California license plate:

It does it by scripting California's DMV site and actually works (but only against the latest SVN as of my commit last 
night to fix a bug in http.lua)! It likely won't work forever, though, I wrote this 6 months ago and had to change all 
the URLs last night.
