Help with German translation

Hi,

I have gotten a few Zenmap crash reports from the new release of
5.10BETA1. They happen because one of the strings in the About box is
missing a format specifier in the German translation.

msgid ""
"%s is a multi-platform graphical %s frontend and results viewer. It was "
"originally derived from %s."
msgstr ""
"%s ist eine grafische Oberfläche und eine Ergebnisanzeige für mehrere "
"Plattformen. Es wurde ursprünglich von %s abgeleitet."

The strings that get substituted here are, in order, "Zenmap", "Nmap",
and "Umit". I don't know German but I tried to change it to

"%s ist eine grafische Oberfläche und eine Ergebnisanzeige für %s. "
"Es wurde ursprünglich von %s abgeleitet."

This loses the "multiple platforms" part and I hope it is still
grammatical. Can someone translate this string will all three %s
specifiers? Is there an automated tool that checks for this error?
