What is your reason for this? Is there any reason to prefer just "Host is up" over "Host is up (0.066s latency)"?
It would be nice to if there are more then one ip for a name nmap lists all IPs by using -v or -vv.
This would be possible because we keep a list of all the IPs in Target::resolved_addrs. Could you post a sample of what the output should look like?
